Chronopost home: for express 24-hour delivery in mainland France if the order is placed before 7:45 a.m. the day before the desired delivery day. This service does not exist for Corsica.

Upon receipt of your order placed on www.novexpert-lab.ae, you have a legal period of 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to return to us, at your expense, the item(s) you wish to be reimbursed for. I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
1) Make a return request by explaining your reason simply by contacting Gaëlle at contact@novexpert-lab.com. You will receive the return label by email, as well as a barcode allowing you to drop it off free of charge at a relay point or post office.
2) Place the product(s) in a packaging box.
3) Drop off your package at one of the relay points at the post office closest to you and present the barcode received by email.
